Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using ccs-automation.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About CCS

Complete Control Solutions is a full-service automation and control systems integrator based in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, providing engineering, control panel design and build, robotics integration, programming and HMI development, service and support, and preventative maintenance to manufacturers across a range of industries.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our capabilities and services, request information, submit a service request, or complete our New Customer Form. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and agree not to:

  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in any form on the Site;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any related network;
  • Use the Site to transmit any virus, malware, or harmful code;
  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content except as permitted below; or
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the CCS name and branding — is the property of Complete Control Solutions or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

The names, logos, and trademarks of third-party manufacturers and technology partners referenced on the Site — including Rockwell Automation, Allen-Bradley, ABB, Eaton, HMS Networks/Ewon, Inductive Automation/Ignition, Schneider Electric, Siemens, and AVEVA/Wonderware — are the property of their respective owners. Reference to these partners indicates a business relationship or certification and does not imply their endorsement of CCS beyond that relationship.

4. Forms, Quotes, and Service Requests

Submitting a form on the Site (such as the Contact form or New Customer Form) is a request for information or service and does not, by itself, create a binding contract between you and CCS. Any project, service, or purchase is governed by the separate written agreement, quote, purchase order, or contract terms that CCS and you (or your company) enter into directly. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement or purchase order between CCS and a customer, the signed agreement or purchase order will govern.

Information you submit through our forms — including billing, accounts payable, and tax-exemption information — must be accurate and current, and you are responsible for promptly notifying us of any changes.

5. No Professional Reliance / Informational Content

Content on the Site, including descriptions of automation benefits, capabilities, and resource center materials, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute engineering, technical, legal, or professional advice specific to your facility, equipment, or project. Specific technical recommendations should be obtained through direct consultation with our team.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION ON THE SITE IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPLETE CONTROL SOLUTIONS AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT AFFECT LIABILITY ARISING UNDER A SEPARATE SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENT OR CONTRACT BETWEEN CCS AND A CUSTOMER, WHICH IS GOVERNED BY THE TERMS OF THAT AGREEMENT.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as manufacturer or partner sites) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Complete Control Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
